Bakht, a devoted yet unassuming young lady, is compelled to wed Mehraab, the son of her father’s friend. She struggles because she cares for Hunain, who is unemployed and in need of some time. When she agrees to see Mehraab, he already seems to be dealing with issues. He likes Samreen and has recently come from London. Samreen phones before he and his parents arrive to Bakht’s home and threatens to kill themselves if they do not meet within 10 minutes. Mehraab, who is perplexed, vanishes without his parents’ knowledge.
