Amanat Drama Series Storyline
Zunaira and Zaraar are engaged to be married and much in love. Raheel, the brother of Zunaira, and Samra, the sister of Zaraar, are wed and awaiting rukhsati. Zunaira is a spoiled brat and a well-treated youngster. She is overindulged by her family and only thinks about herself. Only Zaraar is able to control Zooni’s mood changes. Firdous keeps Zooni content by worrying about Samra.
There are only two tests remaining for Mehar, a college student. However, her uncle refuses to allow her to take the exam, claiming that being his niece is sufficient for her. Her aunt begs her uncle to do something, but he refuses and instead arranges for his mentally challenged son Qaisar to wed Mehar. Mehar and Fawad are forced to flee when her aunt marries them.

When it comes to acting, Urwa appears to still be living in the Neeli Zinda Hai character while filming Amanat and appears far more menacing than is necessary for the part. Saboor does a great job portraying the depressed fiancé, but once she weds the incorrect man, her acting goes from good to ridiculous, to the point where it’s impossible to feel anything except annoyance for her. Imran Abbas lacks acting ability; he didn’t have it when he initially entered the field; and he hasn’t improved over time.
Overall, the drama is without redeeming qualities, and one may be left wondering why such a talented ensemble was squandered on an absurdly dull plot. It is unfortunate that there are currently few options for weekly dramas available to viewers. It is past time for broadcasters and production companies to acknowledge that audiences have changed and now demand better.
