• He was involved in a fight with Hyderabad player Arjun Yadav while playing for Andhra Pradesh in a 2005 Ranji match. In a fight, Yadav attacks Rayudu with a stump.
• In a 2012 IPL match, Rayudu used abusive language against Harshal Patel. For this act, he was fined 100% of the match fees.
• In 2017, a video of Rayudu went viral on social media, in which he was seen molesting a senior citizen.
• When India were playing a practice match in Australia against the Australia A team, an umpire gave him LBW out, which he did not agree with and lost control of his emotions.
