Sulthan Movie Storyline

In 1986 Madras, Sethupathi is a criminal who commands a force of 100 men. They take cases and assassinate individuals. Annalakshmi, Sethupahi’s pregnant wife, despises violence. Sethupathi’s enemies come into their home one day to murder him, but Analakshmi gives birth. While Sethupathi is with his wife, the thugs beat the invaders. She gives birth to a son but then passes away. Sethupathi returns to his wife, while Mansoor adopts the infant and names him Vikram a.k.a. Sulthan. Sulthan is raised by the gang with love and care, and he considers them to be his brothers. Sulthan grows up and pursues a degree in Robotic Engineering in another country.

In 2021, the leader of a hamlet in Salem approaches Sethupathy with a plea to assassinate Jayaseelan. The village’s leader claims that agriculture is practised in the community. When the farmers refuse to give Jayaseelan their land, he becomes enraged and murders several of them. He also sets fire to their lands. Sulthan Movie Review

Every moment in the film is artistically and cognitively satisfying. Bakkiyaraj creates settings that enable him to fully exploit the cinematic experience of seeing 100 men dance in war position. There are a few dramatic moments that are reminiscent of Zack’s work, particularly in the final action climax.

With the movie’s typical loops, the writing keeps you fascinated. Every storyline aids in the progression of the storey. Travel between Sulthan and Rukmani via the romantic route. It also offers Sulthan a cause to remain in the community that they have come to defend, in part to brightening the tone and serving as a break between the darker moments. And it sets up the narrative surrounding the hero again and over again, not merely to laud its star, but to portray the figure as a saviour.

Despite the fact that the whole film is about agriculture, the farmers in the village are presented as political satire powerless, despondent, and looking for anyone to come and save them. We don’t comprehend these people, their needs, or their rights; all we know is that they’re in pain. The life of a farmer is reduced to a composite music in the film. Maybe we should be grateful for the lack of lectures on organic or conventional agriculture. Sulthan is god personified to the farmers, no subtlety required.
