Aakash Gupta wants to create imitation videos and get viral online, but his father wants him to attend IIT and pursue an engineering degree. Despite receiving a 55 percent grade in the board examinations, he is refused admission to any Raipur institution. His father enrols him in section D of the Genius Infinity coaching centre in Visakhapatnam, which is where the pupils who received the lowest scores on their 10th-grade boards are placed. His roommates Chudail and Bakri become close buddies.
Dr. Shreya is assigned to the hamlet of Sitlapur to run a cataract camp. The staff isn’t the ideal personnel, the villages aren’t the biggest supporters of government healthcare, and the supplies aren’t kept away from the politics.

Laakhon Mein Ek 2 maintains the same tone, manner, and tempo of Season 1. Images with sharp contrast, blue and chilly tones, and the present dispensation’s consistent attitude that things are hopeless and there is no way out, all contribute to this.
Fast-paced editing is quite similar to that of Season 1. Montages are accompanied by peppy instrumental music, and the sporadic sound effects of instructional and mosquito-killing advertisements give variety and relatability.
Laakhon Mein Ek really has a few instances where it seems as though it subtly anticipates the Gorakhpur catastrophe since its creators are still interested in delving into the causes of a total societal breakdown. The programme is therefore at its best when it explores how even one system component’s failure may have an unstoppable ripple effect on all the others
