Storyline
Maya Mehrotra is a wealthy young businesswoman who has had a tumultuous life owing to her violent father, Ashwin. Arjun Sharma is a photographer who is carefree and upbeat. Saanjh Mathur, a childhood buddy and lawyer, has a hidden crush on him. Maya falls in love with Arjun and proposes to him after he saves her from an elevator disaster and Ashwin. Arjun falls for Maya as a result of a sequence of events, including Maya saving Ayaan from prison, disclosing her background to Arjun, helping him realize his previous sins, and unifying his family in the process. As a result, much to Saanjh’s chagrin, he proposes to her in Mauritius.
Maya attempts to put a strain on Arjun and Saanjh’s relationship while they prepare their wedding. Maya’s father, Ashwin, attempts to get Saanjh and Vandana to turn against her. Maya, enraged, rushes to Ashwin’s residence and murders him. Arjun and Maya tie the knot.
